FAQ on Swissmedic Fees Ordinance

For the first time, Swissmedic is publishing a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on enforcement practice for the Swissmedic Fees Ordinance (FeeO-Swissmedic; SR 812.214.5). The FAQ explain Swissmedic’s practice as regards fee charging and help affected applicants understand it. The list currently comprises three questions and will be updated and expanded as required. The FAQ is valid from 1 September 2026.
